Hi Chuck and Terry - just got back from SC - found the 1753 Baptismal record in a book on Prince Frederick Winyaw put out by the "Colonial Dames of America." As luck would have it, I stayed in a bed and breakfast run by a lady who is a member of that society. Have some leads on where the original records might be and intend to follow up on that this week. Chuck - what book did you say you saw the reference to the will of Robert Moses in? I found some new records for him in Newberry County. Also found some other records I didn't have yet. The Historical Society Library in Charleston was a very good place to research. Had a job interview last week - hope to have a follow-up in the next week or two. Wish me luck.
